Arriving by Car
At the end of the M5, Exeter follow the A38 and take the left hand fork (A380) signposted Torquay and Newton Abbot. Follow the A380 from Newton Abbot into Torquay as far as Torre Station, right at the traffic lights along Avenue Road (you’ll pass Halfords on your right hand side at the traffic light junction) following directions to the seafront. At the second set of traffic lights, turn left into Falkland Road. Continue to next set of traffic lights, continue straight on into Lucius Street. Continue along Lucius Street, which becomes Tor Church Road to next set of traffic lights (Central Church on left corner), and then take first left after the traffic lights into Morgan Avenue. Newhaven Holiday Flats are at the top of the road, on the right hand side.

Arriving by Rail or Coach
We are just a short walk away from both Torquay and Torre train stations and Torquay coach station, with the added advantage of being near the main bus route between Newton Abbot, Torquay, Paignton and Brixham.

Newhaven Holiday Flats Access
NewHaven Holiday Flats are situated on the level, reached by a gradient from Torquay Harbour and Seafront. To avoid walking up the hill, the property can be approached by using the number 12 bus. The bus stop is 100 metres from the property, virtually on the level. The front door of the property has one step.
